A day after the historic supreme court verdict decriminalising gay sex there is so much joy across the country. But in all the banner headlines in newspapers, there is one voice we haven't heard from enough -- our political leaders. Yes, the Congress, DMK and some other parties have welcomed the judgement, but what about the ruling BJP? Why is there no tweet from the Prime Minister welcoming the decriminalising of gay sex? What about the Aam Admi Party, which prides itself on being egalitarian? What about Mamata Banerjee and the Trinamool Congress?
