Relentless heavy rainfall has thrown life out of gear in Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan, causing widespread waterlogging and flood-like conditions. Several villages are submerged, with water entering homes and displacing residents. 13 lives have been lost so far. Rescue and relief operations are underway with the Army and NDRF teams deployed to manage the crisis. The situation remains critical as rains continue to batter the region.
