Story of 31-year-old Janitor or Safai karamchari, Tulu Basfor from Assam's Goalpara district, who cleaned COVID wards for months when others refused but still does not have a permanent job. He has given 14 long years for this service, yet he not a permanent employee. When the entire janitor staff of the Goalpara Civil Hospital refused to "clean any COVID-19 ward" for the fear of contracting the virus, it was Tulu Basfor who stepped forward. He donned the PPE suit, not thinking twice for his own safety and health. Tulu wishes his job is made permanent, the job for which he had put his life at risk to help save humanity.
