"As of now, Russia is targeting civilian areas specifically. Active war zone in Ukraine is 1,500 km long. This is the area where military targets are being targeted. But, if you look at the map, you will see that areas are being targeted all over the country. They have knocked out one power station after the other. Their mission is to terrorise the Ukrainians, but we will stand tall," Ukraine Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said in an exclusive conversation with NDTV.
