Mumbai News | 8 Injured As Crane Falls On Houses During Eviction Operation
Eight people were injured after a crane toppled onto houses in Mumbai's Kurla East early Friday morning during preparations for an eviction and demolition operation by MHADA. Six injured people were admitted to Sion Hospital and two were taken to Bhabha Hospital. All eight are reported to be stable. The incident also disrupted goods train movement on the Kurla-Trombay route after part of the crane fell onto overhead wires.
