Mumbai Port Fire | Mumbai Port Crane Overturns Onto Ship, Catches Fire; 2 Injured
A massive crane overturned onto a ship and caught fire during cargo unloading at Mumbai Port, injuring two crane operators. The incident occurred while a 140-tonne cargo load was being unloaded. A lifting strap reportedly slipped, causing the load to shift suddenly onto a second crane. The crane was lifted off the ground and its telescopic boom struck the vessel before the fire broke out.
