Fitch Ratings continues to keep a negative outlook on India's sovereign ratings. Andrew Colquhoun of Fitch Ratings explains that structural concerns for India along with the delay in implementation of the announcement by the government could emerge as risks to India's ratings. He adds that political risk in India remains high.
