Jammu And Kashmir Cloudburst | Rescue Operations Underway As Death Toll Rises In Kishtwar Death toll rises to 45 after tragic cloudburst in Chashoti area of Kishtwar on August 14. Rescue operation is underway in as NDRF, SDRF, J&K Police, Indian Army, CRPF reached the spot. Local authorities and local people also joined hands in an attempt to rescue victims at the earliest. Two NDRF teams, comprising nearly 180 personnel reached the spot immediately after the incident. Emergency raised as massive cloudburst took place on route of the Machail Mata Yatra at between 12 noon and 1 pm.
