Rajasthan Governor Shivraj Patil continues to avoid a decision on Pakistani prisoner Khalil Chisti's clemency plea, even as worries over his health are intensifying every day. It's been ten days since Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot approved the mercy petition of Dr Chisti, who is serving a life sentence in the Ajmer Jail.
