This at a grand show of strength by former chief minister Siddaramaiah on his 75th birthday. He had told NDTV on Tuesday, he aspires to be CM in 2023. This even as Rahul Gandhi visited a Lingayat mutt in Karnataka where a seer declared the Congress leader had been initiated into the sect and that would pave way for him to become Prime Minister one day.
