Punjab Notifies VB-GRAM G Scheme Despite Earlier Opposition
The Punjab Government has officially notified the Viksit Bharat–Guarantee for Rozgar and Aajeevika Mission (Gramin) Scheme, Punjab 2026 (VB-GRAM G) through a Gazette Notification issued on June 26, 2026. The move comes despite the state government having earlier opposed the scheme and passing a resolution against it in the Punjab Assembly.
