Process of deciding Army chief's age vitiated: Supreme Court

It's round one to the Army chief in the age row battle. The Supreme Court has rapped the government on the knuckles today, saying the manner in which it had rejected General VK Singh's statutory complaint in the matter of his year of birth "appeared to be vitiated." The court has also questioned the role of the Attorney General.
