President poll: New alliances emerging?
With former president APJ Abdul Kalam refusing to contest the presidential poll, the BJP might back PA Sangma, using the presidential race to attract new partners like Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa who have backed the former speaker for the race to Raisina Hill.
