Prime Minister Narendra Modi touched the feet of Makhanlal Sarkar at the swearing-in ceremony of Suvendu Adhikari today. The 97-year-old Makhanlal Sarkar, a resident of Siliguri, was the aide of Shyama Prasad Mookerjee and part of his last journey.
