Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed an election rally in West Bengal's Balurghat on Tuesday as the BJP looks to defend its North Bengal stronghold from the Trinamool, which is trying to regain its lost ground in the region. In Balurghat, the Prime Minister campaigned for state BJP president Sukanta Majumdar. The Trinamool has fielded state minister Biplab Maitra against Mr Majumdar in the election set to be held on April 26.
