PM Modi Becomes Most Internationally Honored Indian Leader

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has just added two more feathers to his cap, bringing his total number of global honours to 27! On Wednesday, Namibia awarded PM Modi its highest civilian honour, the Order of the Most Ancient Welwitschia Mirabilis, a rare tribute, named after a desert plant that symbolizes resilience and long life. Just a day earlier, on Tuesday, Brazil conferred its Grand Collar of the National Order of the Southern Cross, their top honour for foreign nationals recognising his leadership and growing global influence. Over the years, countries across every continent have honoured PM Modi. The world seems to be taking note, and saying thank you, in 27 different ways.
