PM Modi signed his first set of files at 'Seva Teerth', the newly inaugurated complex that now houses the PMO, NSCS and Cabinet Secretariat. Among the key approvals were the Rahat Scheme and the launch of Startup India Fund 2.0, featuring a Rs 10,000‑crore corpus aimed at boosting India's innovation ecosystem. The government is positioning Seva Teerth as the administrative nerve centre of a "Naya Bharat."
