Assam Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, appearing on NDTV's Banega Swasth India 12-hour Swasthagraha, campaign for a healthy India with Amitabh Bachchan, said the state is open defecation free. "We have constructed many toilets in the last 3 years and now we can claim that our state is open defecation free," said the BJP leader.
