For the last two weeks the biggest story has been the dissent within the judiciary, on issues so serious that four of the most senior judges in the Supreme Court said our "democracy is at stake". Exactly a week later, it is business as usual at the Supreme Court, but there still has been no resolution of the larger issues. For more on this, on The NDTV Dialogues we have Justice Vikramjit Sen - Former Judge of the Supreme Court and Former Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court, Justice Santosh Hegde - Former Supreme Court Judge, Former Solicitor General of India and Former Karnataka Lokayukta, Indira Jaising - Former ASG and Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court also appearing for the Loya Case - and Nalin Kohli - Additional Advocate General and Advocate of Supreme Court.
