As protests continue over the rape of a five-year-old girl in Delhi, Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid acknowledged that "something terrible" was happening in the society. Speaking to NDTV, Mr Khurshid reached out to protesters, saying that the anger against the crimes was not unjustified.
