Forty-five-year-old Wazhul Khan, a labour contractor in the zari units of Thane, is the face of India's terror error. Arrested in 2010 for illegal possession of arms, the police later realised he was wanted in the Mulund Blast Case of 2003. But once the trial began, he was granted bail for lack of evidence.
