Interviews that were set for mid to late December are now being pushed all the way to March. The new rule requires applicants and their dependents to keep their social-media profiles public. Officers will begin reviewing online activity from December 15 to flag security risks. Meanwhile, Immigration attorneys say the cancellations have already kicked in.
