A day after public outrage over the attack on girls in a Mangalore pub forced the government in Karnataka to arrest Sri Rama Sene chief Pramod Muthalik, the Rajasthan Chief Minister kicked up a storm by his controversial remarks of vowing to "fight against liquor and pub culture promoted by the last government".
