Thalassemia Patients' Family Struggles Amid Drop In Blood Donors During Covid

Three siblings living in North Delhi, diagnosed with a serious blood disorder, thalassemia, need monthly blood transfusions. But during Covid, voluntary blood donations dropped significantly. Now even though cases have fallen, their father, the only earning family member and a daily wager is running from pillar to post to organise units of blood.
