Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Thursday unfurled a 290-feet high national flag in state capital Hyderabad on the occasion of the state’s second foundation day. The tricolour will be taller than a flag in Chhattisgarh's Raipur, which had claimed the same record at around 265 metres in Jharkhand's Ranchi only last month.
