Delhi News | India Observes National Mourning For Former Qatar Emir Sheikh Hamad
India observed a one-day national mourning following the demise of former Qatar Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. As a mark of respect, the national flag was flown at half-mast at several prominent government buildings across New Delhi, including the Air Force Headquarters, the New Parliament, the Old Parliament, North Avenue, South Avenue, and the Seva Tirth Building.
