Tap Water For Ladakh's Border Villages Even At Sub-Zero Temperature
The 'Nal Se Jal' scheme in Ladakh has eased the lives of villagers in Ladakh. Thanks to the scheme, now villagers in the border towns of Ladakh get piped water even at sub-zero temperatures. NDTV's Nazir Masoodi reports.
