While the fourth phase of immunisation under Mission Indradhanush should have begun this week in Haryana's Mewat district, the villagers are reluctant and scared to get their children vaccinated. Mewat, nearly 75 km away from Delhi, has an immunisation rate of 13 per cent as compared to the state average of 62.2 per cent.
