Prime Minister Narendra Modi, speaking after the India-Russia, bilateral talks ahead of the 2016 BRICS Summit in Goa said both the countries have reaffirmed their zero tolerance to terror. "Russia's stand on terrorism mirrors ours," he said, sharing the stage with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
