Amid uproar Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were adjourned sine die and with it, the Winter Session has come to an end. Earlier, both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were adjourned till 12 noon. This is for the first time in 25 years that the Parliament has seen a complete shutdown.
