The epicentre of global terrorism is in territories under administrative control of Pakistan bordering Afghanistan, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday said. "The provinces on their (Pakistan's) border such as Baluchistan, the North West Frontier province and the federally administered tribal areas are the breeding ground for the Taliban", Mukherjee told reporters here. "Problems of Afghanistan cannot be solved without resolving problems of Pakistan simultaneously," he added.
