AIIMS director Dr Randeep Guleria has said oxygen supply is more important than ventilatory support. The surge in cases is worrying and there has to be continuous supply of oxygen. In some states there is shortage, but there is enough supply in the country. India expected to cross the US, but the cases per million is still much lower. Due to the population, our numbers will be higher, explains Dr Guleria. However, aggressive action needs to be taken.
