Eid was a low-key affair due to restrictions induced by the coronavirus pandemic In Kashmir, it was no different, except there it was for the second year in a row that restrictions put a dampener on Eid celebrations. Last year, it was because of restrictions due to the scrapping of special status under Article 370.
