RS Butola, the chief of India's largest oil retailer, says there is no directive from the government not to go in for further petrol hikes. Speaking exclusively to NDTV, Mr Butola says if international prices reduce, oil firms will cut petrol prices but if they go further up they have only two options - either to raise prices or cut supplies.
