Mumbai has been receiving heavy rain since morning. Waterlogging has been reported at the Andheri, Milan and Khar subways and Chembur. Traffic on the Dahisar subway is also reported to be slow. Waterlogging at Sion Circle, Hind Mata Chowk and Chunabhatti has also affected traffic.
