Severe cold wave continues to wreak havoc across the whole of north India. At least 15 people have died in the cold wave -- 12 in Uttar Pradesh and three in Jammu & Kashmir. About one-and-a-half feet of snow was recorded in the higher reaches of the Kashmir valley, and Vaishnodevi experienced its first snowfall of the season on Sunday.
