Mumbai Police found the body of a 17-year-old Mumbai boy, Moukim Khan, on February 17 morning. According to police sources, the 12th standard Commerce student of Rizvi College went missing on February 13. Soon afterwards, his family received a ransom call. Moukim's father is a landlord in the Khar area.
