Mumbai doctors' strike continues

Over 2,500 resident doctors across 15 civic hospitals in Mumbai will continue to strike work, as talks with the government stay deadlocked. While the government has agreed to improve their working conditions, doctors have refused to accept mere promises in what they call a fight for dignity. For a second day in a row on Tuesday, doctors stayed away from work despite warnings from the civic authority.
