Moody's Sees Improvement in Credit Profile of Oil PSUs

Vikas Halan, vice president and senior credit officer at Moody's, told NDTV Profit that performances of state-owned refiners is expected to improve with under-recoveries on diesel likely to be extinguished soon, leading to a fall in their borrowing costs.
