From keeping tabs illegally on activities of political opponents to High Court judges, using controversial information to arm-twist or blackmail, targeted seizure of funds belonging to political opponents, it would seem BRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao used all means to stay entrenched in power in Telangana, going by the confessions of those arrested in the phone-tapping case. But now it also seems that key evidence may have been destroyed. NDTV's Uma Sudhir reports.
