The National Investigating Agency (NIA) has arrested the man said to be have planted the bomb at Mecca Masjid in Hyderabad in May 2007 that killed more than 13 people. Tej Ram Parmar, 25, was arrested from Ujjain on Monday. He is a driver by profession, police said.
