If you can make a mean curry you could soon get a UK visa. Because the UK is suffering from an acute shortage of chefs and restaurant owners have been urging the government to relax immigration rules for professional chefs. They have now been joined by MPs in the country who have started lobbying for what they call "Vindaloo Visas" for chefs who can come to the UK and train others in making that perfect curry.
