There is fresh opposition to the controversial recommendations made by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation on increasing flying hours for pilots. NDTV has learnt that the Indian Pilots Guild (IPG) has officially stated its `voice of dissent' to the DGCA's new Civil Aviation Requirement (CAR).
