Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed 3,000 members of the Indian community at a high-voltage programme at Moscow's Expocentre. India and Russia today signed 16 agreements across diverse sectors -- including the manufacturing of nuclear reactors, solar energy plants, railways and helicopter -- during the second day of PM Modi's two-day visit for the 16th annual India-Russia Summit.
