On Vijayadashami, Prime Minister Narendra Modi sent out a strong message against terrorism. Speaking at the historic Dussehra celebrations in Lucknow, the capital of poll-bound Uttar Pradesh, PM Modi said "destroy terrorism from its roots" and "those who help terrorism cannot be accepted". There was no direct mention of Pakistan but the message was clear. Is terrorism and the targeting of the source of terrorism going to be a key theme in these elections?
