Govt on Uttarakhand devastation, rescue efforts
The Indian Railways will allow people rescued from Uttarakhand to travel free of cost, Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tewari said today. Extra rakes will also be added in Haridwar to accommodate the rush of people.
