Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has found support in four other chief ministers in opposing the Centre's new counter-terror body, the National Counter Terrorism Centre. Today, speaking to NDTV, Mr Patnaik said the UPA government is passing authoritarian orders and its move have bypassed the rights of the states.
