Heads have begun to role after Bitti Mohanty, convicted of raping a German friend in Alwar in March this year, jumped parole a fortnight back. Mohanty was serving a sentence of seven years RI in a Jaipur jail. But he has now jumped parole and even 15 days later is yet to show up.
