EVMs Are 100% Non-Tamperable: Chief Election Commissioner to NDTV
"We have been using the Electronic Voting Machines or EVMs for the last 30 years. I can assure you that EVMs are 100% non-tamperable, 100% dependable," said Chief Election Commissioner H S Brahma.
