The war in Ukraine has completed one year and there is no end in sight to the war as Russian President Vladimir Putin vows to achieve his goals. Towns and cities have been destroyed and tens of thousands on both sides have been killed and injured. India continued its principled position of not voting against Russia at the UN General Assembly, but used language that was more critical of Russia than in the past.
